Weddings at Losehill House Hotel have a delightful “getting away from it all” feel to them. Even though Losehill House really isn’t a million miles away from Sheffield or Manchester, it feels almost like it could be in the Lowlands of Scotland because it’s situated at the end of a small lane, right in the midst of some breathtaking countryside.
The orangery at Losehill, where the larger ceremonies and wedding breakfasts are held, is amazing. The wonderful daylight even in darkest December really lifts the spirit and the views out to the hills are breathtaking.
Whether you just have your reception or hold your entire day with your civil wedding at Losehill House, I know from talking to couples afterwards that Jules and the team really look after their guests and make everyone feel at home.
If you want to show off the Derbyshire countryside to your guests from further afield, then Losehill House is one great place to do it.
So, in conclusion, and I know I’m biased because being a wedding photographer at Losehill House is always a joy, but if you love the Derbyshire countryside this is one place that’s well worth a look for your wedding venue.
