When photographing a wedding, an engagement shoot or a portrait, I always aim to bring out the mood of the occasion. Romantic wedding photography in particular is not just about micro-managing set-pieces. It’s about capturing a day that is extremely special to you. It’s about capturing the mood and the moment and how it felt to be there. A wedding is an amazing day!
Engagement shoots are all part of the celebration and capturing the real you is what it’s all about.
The photographs are not in any kind of order, but I hope you can immerse yourselves in the moment. Photographs shown here were mainly taken in The Peak District, including Thornbridge Hall, Woodthorpe Hall, Edale Church and Losehill House, Also a few from Fulwood Church and Manor Lodge in Sheffield. Oh, and a couple of random street photographs in Paris.

If you’d like a friendly chat about your wedding photography, whether you’re planning a Thornbridge Hall wedding, Woodthorpe Hall or maybe The Maynard, Losehill House, Hargate Hall or any other venue, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. I’d really love to hear about what you’re planning!
