A Few Photographs of a Colourful Peak District Autumn

Landscape Photography – A Short Autumn Walk in Haywood, above Grindleford.

A few days after a fairly strong frost, the autumn colours of 2025 quite suddenly became really beautiful, just perfect for landscape photography.

These were  all taken here in The Derbyshire Peak District, close to Sheffield, towards the end of the beautiful autumn of 2025. A slow stroll up the hill feeling privileged to witness the trees finally saying goodbye to summer.
